Camel Cigarettes, introduced in 1913 were the original non-filter cigarette. Camel cigarettes were originally blended to be easy to smoke compared to brands that were harsher on the lungs back in the day. In the early 70’s filtered versions of Camel cigarettes were brought to market. Although Camel\'s have been around since the turn of the century, they are still one of the most popular cigarettes in the world.
